Charles Thomas Mooney, a 38-year-old man from the Albany, Oregon, area, is being remembered following his death in a shooting at his home on Willoway Drive in June 2021. According to information from the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, a Linn County jury found Billie Jack Robinson and Tenisha Bourne guilty of second-degree murder and criminal conspiracy in connection with Charles Mooney’s death. The verdicts brought the long-running case to a significant conclusion for Mooney’s family.

Charles Mooney’s Death

Mooney was shot while he was asleep inside his home on Willoway Drive in June 2021. His death prompted an investigation by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, with detectives working to establish what happened and identify those responsible.
